We loved the hotel's location and appreciated its efforts to preserve the natural surroundings. It was easy to spot beautiful birds and wildlife during our safari. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Can honestly say we couldn't find anything negative about this hotel or city.

Stayed in a big hotel, everything in room was great with incredible comfort. Location was very peaceful and quiet. The tower was amazing with a spectacular view from 30 meters up. Managed to see capuchins and agouti up close as well as a variety of birds and macaws nesting in trees.

The food was not up to scratch – fries in particular were only edible when hot, and the staff were not very friendly. On top of this, the outside area of the hotel rooms lacked privacy.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Pantanal region, and I can't wait to go back. The location of this hotel is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the grasslands and plenty of opportunities for wildlife spotting. I was lucky enough to go on a safari with Pantanal Jaguar Tours, and the hotel was the perfect base for our expeditions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely patio overlooking the fields.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its all-inclusive package. Guests can enjoy delicious local homemade meals that are included in the price. The staff is very attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay.

Located in a unique area, this hotel is committed to the preservation of nature and Pantanal wildlife. Although not by the waterside, the location offers ample opportunities for spotting a wide range of birds and other animals. the rooms and bathrooms are clean, air-conditioned, and provide nice views over the grasslands. the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is accommodating and helpful. Horseback riding is available along with a tower for birdwatching.

The food can be disappointing, with cold buffets and overcooked meat.
